Body Work

I purchased a complete body kit from the Omix-Ada folks in June and I was impressed with the quality of the parts. They will require some trimming and fitting but that is to be expected.

When I got the kit home, we unpacked it and set it on the frame, of course, and the jeep once again looked like a jeep. It had been many years of waiting for this kit and now you can tell I have a jeep in my garage.

Not a lot has been done since the body was unpacked because I need to have the tub off to make installing the drivetrain easier. I expect that within a few weeks, I will have the engine sitting on the frame and be able to look at bolting down the tub.
